When i check the console logs .It shows following error.

Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self'". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-GiaJfllyNUv19KTuyyG/MrggDUhQ3Z5gDGeeijWOxCo='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.

Do you have solution for this ?

it works on https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs.

But i dont have cloudfare.
javaScript is enabled.

Dectivating mod_pagespeed in your webserver should fix the issue.
