Description

Product version is not visible to access level "developer login ".

I tried many ways but did not get the solution , can you tell me the steps for the same

I would expect a Fixed in Version on this page if your configuration and workflow is right.

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".

Please use the forums to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details).

Your current description is not enough to reproduce the issue.
So when posting to the forum, please provide detailed step by step instructions of what you do, what you get and what you expect to get.

1.Created a private project and added versions
2.Reported an bug in reporter login (Refer 1st screenshot)
3.Logged in as developer -> Changed the status to "Confirmed/Acknowledged/Assigned/Resolved " (Refer 2nd Screenshot)

Give us solutions on why product versions is not visible to developer

It seems you do not understand what I told you multiple times, e.g. 0024853:0060809 0024854:0060810 0024855:0060811 0024856:0060812

This issue tracker is not the right place to discuss configuration issues.
Please use the forums for it.
Come back to the current issue and reopen it, if you finally should find, that there is a bug.
If so, you have to provide detailed step by step instructions starting from a fresh install to reproduce the issue.
The currently provided information was not enough for it, as you can see in my screen shot.

The additional information listed below may also be useful:

  • Exact version of PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?
