Description	hi i wan to install progress bar plugin.in copy plugin in the folder,but in mantis do not show plugin.

I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Please use the forums to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details). I never heard about a `progress bar` plugin. I recommend to contact the author for support.
