Summary	0024219: mc_issue_attachment_add impots files with size 0
Description	Hi, While trying to add an attachment to an existsing issue using the function mc_issue_attachment_add of the SOAP API via curl, the file is attached to the issue but the file size is set to 0. I have seen several issues on that subject in the forums but could not find out the solution.
