Summary0023749: Sync Children with Due Date of Parent?
Description

I think the due date of a parent issue should optionally cascade to all children where a child task already has a later due date.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a parent and child issue with due date X.
Change the parent due date to be earlier than the child due date.
The child issue, which (by definition?) must be completed as a part of the parent, remains due after the new parent due date.

Additional Information

Example: Issue "Fix Site" has child tasks "Fix client" and "Fix server". The child tasks have been set to March. A manager re-prioritizes the parent with a due date in February. In this case the child tasks need to be done by that same date or possibly a pre-configured date that is x days prior to that.

If the parent due date is pushed out later than the due date of children, the children can be left for manual change.

This also leaves the question as to whether it's acceptable to intentionally set a child task with a due date that is after the due date of the parent.

I recommend all of these factors be controlled by config options to avoid adversely affecting existing installations.
