Summary	0021643: "Use Date Filters" date selectors are disabled when they should be enabled
Description	Click "Use Date Filters". The control will be expanded with checkbox unchecked and selectors disabled. Click the checkbox. The selectors will be enabled. Select dates and apply filter. Click "Use Date Filters". Now the controls show with checkbox selectors, date set, but the selectors disabled. The user has to uncheck and re-check the checkbox for the selectors to be enabled. This bug applies to both classic and modern ui.
