Summary	0021413: External library '/var/www/mantisbt/library/phpmailer/PHPMailerAutoload.php' not found.
Description	After downloading the 2.0.0-beta 1 tar file and extracting it, when I nagivate to the site I am greeted with: External library '/var/www/mantisbt/library/phpmailer/PHPMailerAutoload.php' not found. When I navigate to within that folder, I find that it is empty.
Steps To Reproduce	Download the 2.0.0-beta 1 from github. Extract it to your web directory. Navigate to the site in your browser.
