Description

Dear Team, Time tracking is expecting manual Start & Stop. Can we control it based on status?

Eg: Can we expect Clock to start as soon as Status is updated as "Acknowledged" and to automatically to stop the clock when status is changed to "Resolved" etc...?

This would be really helpful whether SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met or not.

Kindly advise.
