Summary | 0000201: special characters do not appear in bug memos
Description | I am not able to had the backslash character in a memo. For example, if I reference the end of line character, n, it strips the slash off and leaves just the n. The characters are saved in the database as a double backslash which I guess is correct. So it would appear the display of those characters coming back out of the bugnote_text_table is incorrect.

Testing the use of backslash. \ <-- should be two backslashes. |
|
testing linefeed. \n <-- should be backslash n. |

Looks fine to me. Can you provide more detail? |

I'm sorry. I misspoke. The email that gets sent out has the problem, not the bugnote as it appears in the browser. I hastily wrote the bugnote after seeing the resulting email without checking the problem in the browser as well.
