Summary	0019966: Graphs are broken
Description	I have installed plugins: MantisBT Core 1.3.0 MantisGraph In Summary menu, if you click on any link which have graph on it (e.g. advanced summary, per state, per priority etc), graph is not displayed and message "External library '/home/jail/home/mbtAEAhEeQ/L0i4IYblb8pXgNk/library/ezc/Base/src/base.php' not found." is displayed
