Description | My users are complaining about the logged in user name changes to some other name when they try to Search, Filter any issue in View Issue page. We are using MantisBT version 1.2.15. How can I resolve this issue | ||||
Additional Information | It is not sure in which scenario the user name is changing and to which user name. It may be the last modified user or user who searched issue just before. | ||||

I have updated Mantis version to 1.2.19 version. Still I am getting the issue. Scenario: When a user X close any issue and return to "View Issue" page, then "Logged in as:" user id shown as User Y. Environment Details: Server : Ubuntu 14.04 Updated config_inc.php, only related to Mail configuration and LDAP Authentication. No customization done on the Mantis Source Code. |
