It would be cool if there was an option to include the to: header line
in the note like there is for the from address.

When sending an e-mail to a customer or developer regarding an issue,
we cc: mantis so that the exchange gets recorded as notes in the
issue. [This saves a lot of time/hassle compared to our old
bugtracking system where we had to cut/paste such emails into issue
notes.] When reviewing the notes that have been generated by
emailreporting, it is usually obvious enough from context who the email
was sent to, but it would be great if there was an option that would
allow the note to show both the from and to addresses for the email.
