Description	When week is 8 but Mantis thinks it is 7 Looking up this from http://www.epochconverter.com/date-and-time/weeknumbers-by-year.php Also looked at the javascript and it seems to be taken from http://www.dynarch.com/jscal/

atrol 2014-03-31 07:34 developer ~0039794	The week is not wrong as the first day of week is set to Sunday. Click on "Mon" to make Monday the first day of week and to see week no 8. There is no permanent setting for first day of the week, but this is another story, see 0009601 .
