Description	Use Case: 1 - User Browses to select a file to upload 2 - User enters description, for example "Test results logged from build 1234" 3 - User presses "Upload File" button 4 - In the "Attached File" section of the issue, "Test results logged from build 1234" is displayed next to the link to the uploaded file. Or perhaps as a hover tool tip? Thanks for a great bug tracker!
