Summary	0016472: New alternate even/odd rows CSS causes ugly or incorrect display
Description	Alternate row colors CSS is not properly applied in view.php (issue details table, history) Several other tables have incorrect color alternation following the change and must be fixed, e.g. Manage Users, Projects, Plugins pages
