dregad 2012-10-03 08:32 developer ~0033019	The same behavior can also be observed in account_manage_columns_page.php manage_config_columns_page.php When 'All projects' is selected, the 'All Available Columns' list includes all custom fields including those linked to disabled projects

Thanks to vibe972 who originally submitted a patch for this on Github. Original commit was rewritten due to changes made to the API. Fixes 0014764	Affected Issues 0014764
