Summary	0014119: Use new MantisBT logo
Description	The new MantisBT logo which has been introduced in version 1.2.9 0007994 should be used also in 1.3

dregad 2012-05-09 09:28 developer ~0031783	Hmmm, I had missed that... Looks like vboctor only ported the initial commits related to the logo change, and forgot about the subsequent ones in #13398. Thanks atrol, I'll have a more thorough look at it to make sure the code is aligned on both branches.

In future versions, we may include a slightly larger one for the login page. Didn't want to include this in a minor update, since this is a configurable image name, and hence adding a new logo, may end up with having a mix of two logos. 2. The button is now a scaled version of the logo. For this reason, it is removed from the footer of the login page, but kept on the others. 3. Added the new favicon.		Affected Issues 0014119, 0021133
