Summary0013700: "Rather than downloading, the attachment is viewed in the browser" doesn't work
Description

in 1.1.8, I set $g_preview_attachments_inline_max_size = 50000; in config_inc.php file (in config_defaults_inc.php, $g_preview_attachments_inline_max_size = 0;), then I can preview attachments inline in bug view page.

when I click the images (as bug attachment), the images is viewed in the browser, rather than downloading. this feature is very useful.

but in 1.2.8, this feature doesn't work.

I checked the config_defaults_inc.php file, maybe $g_inline_file_exts is ignored?
