Summary	0013370: CSV export specifies incorrect MIME type
Description	Exported CSV files are sent as text/plain, whereas RFC 4180 specifies 'text/csv' as the MIME Type. Using text/csv allows the browser to select a more specific program for opening, i.e. a spreadsheet editor instead of a text editor.
