Description	Hello, Thanks for your work! What I would like to see is either a mod_rewrite rule or some PHP mechanism that would allow the issue page URL to look as follows: http://bugtracker.example.com/issues/1/, or http://bugtracker.example.com/bugs/1/ or something like this, where 1 is the issue ID. Thanks!
Steps To Reproduce	Go to the issue page such as http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=12557. Result: note the URL of the page. It would be more convenient to have something like this: http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/issues/12557
