Description	Running admin/check.php throws error checking we can find jpgraph class files... BAD This occurs after installation of Mantis Graphs plugin Although the default setting is to use the bundled graph library, there is a check for JpGraph
Steps To Reproduce	install MantisBT install Mantis Graphs plugin run admin/check.php
