Summary	0013021: not able to disallow Issue History in printview
Description	A user with access level viewer can see the information from the Issue History in the print-view like Username, Date Modified ect. Tried to disallow with $g_view_history_threshold = DEVELOPER; and manage Workflow Thresholds: View Issue History. but every access level can view the Issue History in the print view.
