Summary0012711: Re-add g_default_bug_category to make a default category per project
Description

This feature has been removed since version 1.2.x and I really need it :(
All my projects have a single category matching the name of the project.
When a user report a bug, he has the choice between (select) and one category.
I would like to make the category default to gain time.
