Summary0001265: Please provide a project based filter option for emails
Description

We have several projects running in our DB and it is quite annoying to receive emails about ALL bugs entered for ALL projects... it would be nice if the email notification options were project based.

Steps To Reproduce

Make more than one project, be interested in only one of those and have users report more than 10 bugs per day for each project...

Hello,

I believe that some of this functionality may already be included as part of the recent database configuration changes.

The other component of this 'per user per project' is covered in bug 0000747 I believe - marking as a duplicate of that.
