Mantis BT needs a Screenshot Tool like in JIRA or Hansoft that allows you to very quickly attach, rename, comment and edit screens.
Editing the screens in an outside application, and then attaching them by browsing on the HD, is really tiresome.

Have a look at 0007053 There is also 3rd party commercial software available which integrates with MantisBT
