Summary0011567: "Lost Password" feature doesn't work
Description

I upgraded Mantis to 1.2.0
After that, I can't use "Lost Password" feature.

OS: RHEL 5.2 x86_64
Apache: 2.2.3
MySQL: Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.45
jgraph: 2.3.3

Mantis 1.0.7 "lost password" (same configuration) works fine.
