Summary	0011458: Missing attachments can not be deleted
Description	Due to missing database path in the configuration of an project, the upload of an attachment failed. Expected behaviour: 1) Mantis does not allow upload, if upload method is FILE, but not path is given 2) If there is a notice like "attachment missing", it can be deleted as other attachments Experienced behaviour: Mantis leaves an "attachment missing" notice, with a crossed through attachment filename. Unlike other attachments there is no "delete" link.

dregad 2011-08-09 09:35 developer ~0029412	Behavior in point 1) cannot be reproduced in current version of Mantis. I'll fix 2) shortly.
