Using: MantisBT 1.2.19
With Plug-in: Taskodrome 0.1
(in a local-host environment)

Installed the Taskodrome and could drag but NOT Drop.
so I could not re-assign any issue to someone else by drag-and-drop.

Whom could help me with this issue?

I am not aware there was ever any post for this plugin in this forum, thus you shouldn't expect that you will get any help for this 3rd party plugin at this place.
