third party maintenance with Mantis

i'm working on the advisability to integrate a module to Mantis to manage the third party maintenance activity of a service provider. I must develop this module.
Do you if someone already works on a similar project?
Do you think that my project will be interessant for Mantis?

Could you explain what you are looking for a little better? Are you looking to implement a trouble ticketing system?

Indeed, the module I want to develop must allow the trouble ticketing management.
But it also allow to my company to provide to its customers a platform where they could ask for evolutions of their software (on line).
Thus, all the communications between my company and its customer will pass by this platform.
