Send email notification if high priority level has been set.

Hi,

How can i do when one issue is opened with high priority (or priority of existed issue was increased to urgent or higher) send email to any address? I have found a similar topic http://www.mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12810, but that solution is not appropriate in my case. I don't want to change assigned person, I only want to send notification for one address. This mailbox will contain only emails about high priority issues in all projects and no matter who is assigned for these issues.

I think there is no way to do this using mantis built-in capabilities. I will probably have to change php scripts to accomplish this, but I'm not very familiar with the mantis files. Can you advise me the most safe and simple solution for this hack?
