Tickets have list of users who are monitoring that particular ticket - "Users monitoring this issue"
When I add another user to this list, this new user won't get email notification about being added into this ticket. He only gets a notification if something else happens on that ticket (new note, assignment change, etc)
How can I change this behavior? So user will get email notification immediately after he was added into monitoring?
Notify a user added into "Users monitoring this issue"
