Access Denied in Main Page

For every user when i clicked on the main page view. I got the access denied message. what is the issue? plz help me

You are logged in, are able to view other pages of MantisBT like "My View", "View Issues", ... but are not able to view the page behind link "Main" ?

If yes, first start with giving more details, for example which version of MantisBT do you use, Operating system, Browser, ....
Which role is assigned to the logged in user, ....

I m using mantisbt version 1.2.0, operation system window xp , for browser i m using mozilla 3.5 and access level for user is manager, developer, administrator

Which message exactly? Is this one coming from webserver or one oft MantisBT's messages?
