Filter on several projects

Hi,
In my Mantis database I have 6 differents projects.
When I try to create a new filter I can't select projects I want to include in it.

If a specific project is selected, I can select its components for the filter but it seems that it's never possible to select project I want.

Am I right ? Or is there a way to do that (by changing something in the PHP code) ? Thanks.
