automatic reminder and weekly status

Hello,

2 questions of customisation:

- Is it possible to set an automatic reminder for bugs which status didn't change for 2 weeks for exemple ?
Meaning, if a bugs has not been considered by the person it is assign to for 2 weeks, Mantis will automaticly send a reminder e-mail...

- Is there a way for Mantis to generate a complete status weekly or monthly of all the bugs status ?
