comparing to dotProject it seems to me enough
* Estimated Time (in hours). Assigned by project manager.
* Progress ( in %). Changed by developer which resolve this issue.

RoadMap must show current Progress Value for each issue,
and CALCULATE it for each PARENT issue.
Having this 2 things I'd be happy at all with Mantis
Weel, I think I can self produce CUSTOM field PROGRESS, yes?
But self I cannot make it visible for tree of issues in the Roadmap...
