wywiwyg in mantis?

It is not possible at the moment. I wonder if formatting is an import feature of an issue report. At the moment, the formatting can be done on the Wiki portion.
Mantis allows users to use the html tags that are allowed and there are patches for it to support bbcode. But no WYSIWYG.
