Remove non-removable fields ?!

How can I remove the fields which are in the red square in the screenshot below ?

It seems that you have modifyed the code.
May be this help. You can go to My Account -> Preference and Clicking the Advanced Report to switch it on or off.

No, unfortunately this not help me!

I wanted modify permanently my MANTIS! And it's done!

And I just comment lines, with  to HTML code and /* */ for PHP code, which disturb me!?
