Hi,

Has anyone seen a home brew Report Issues .php that I can put on my intranet and let users add issues? I'm thinking a simple subset of about 4 of the 12 fields on the normal Report Issues page. The rest would be filled in with defaults.

There is too much extraneous info on the real page.

You can configure the existing page by setting configuration option $g_bug_report_page_fields
