Hello, actually the filed " ASSING TO" is related to the user name of our user.
I want to change it, and i want the assign to, to be the real name of a user.

What is the file that should be changed ?

You should be able to achieve that via the “Manage - Manage Configuration - Configuration Report” page. You need to add the following settings:

All Projects, All Users, show_user_realname_threshold, Integer, 0
All Projects, All Users, show_realname, Integer, 1

Hello is it possible te divide the name of the user/raporter in two columns when i export the raport in csv ?

This is not possible out of the box.
