how to hide Assing to field on the close issue page

Hi all,

i want to hide the field "assing to" from top part of the close issue page, i tried in config_inc.php but it removes the field from the lower part of the page.

i appreciate any help

There is no configuration option for it.
You would have to change source code to get what you want.
