Mantis 1.3.0 theme

A beautiful and simple theme that i try to make for Mantis 1.3.0. (Based on rockStar theme)

It miss some little correction but works fine!

This is what I found on your installation instructions

Step 2:
1. Open the file: ./confin_default_inc.php

a) confin_default_inc.php is a typo, the name of the file is config_defaults_inc.php
b) Never ever change this file as you might get problems when upgrading. All configuration should be done in config_inc.php
