Cascading Fields

Hello,

I recently installed Mantis BT and I'm having trouble with the following two situations:

a) I need to enter a numeric value into a Custom Field A (numeric) which automatically fills Custom Field B (Read-Only) with a value.
For example:
Value entered on Custom Field A: 123456789
automatically fills Custom Field B: Master Company

b) I need to pick an option on Dropdown Menu A (Enumeration) which populates Dropdown Menu B (Enumeration). (Cascading Dropdown)
For example, If I pick "Sports" on Drowdown Menu A, the values "Football, Basketball" become available on Dropdown Menu B.

Can somebody help me out? I would really appreciate it.
