additional information Export Excel

Hi everyone,
I want to export the additional information in my excel file, i have added the field additional_information account page -> manage column, but the content doesnt apperar in my file i have just column name

I was not able to reproduce the issue. I tried using version 1.2.19.

Like I said before, I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable MantisBT release (1.2.19 at the moment).

If you are running an older version, I recommend that you upgrade to the latest. If after doing so the problem persists, you should provide detailed step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue; the following additional information may also be useful:

- Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
- Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
- Installed plugins or custom functions ?
- Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

I have changed any thing in Mantis, can you get the additional info in your excel file ?

Can anyone please suggest me that how can I restore my column names so that It could be appeared on my excel sheet reports ?
I deleted the entire columns from 'CSV column' and 'Excel Columns' sections from the path of 'Manage Configuration -> Manage Columns'.
Unfortunately, few of the column names have been removed and I want them back.
