Mantis plugin: Comment as

Hi to all!
This simple plugin allows the administrator to comment on behalf of another user.
Hope some will find it useful.

This plugin would be useful for me, but it doesn't work

Nothing appears under the "ad note" field...

Please try the latest version.
Be note: this ability is available only for administrators.

Unfortunately, still doesn´t work...
APPLICATION ERROR #700 (Project not found) in view.php appears

Sorry, but not have any idea for solving.
It working on same mantis and PHP version.
