Change issues order

Imagine I have 10 issues in the roadmap. Is there any mechanism to change issues order? I don't want to use priority or severity fields, but to have a possibility to make order completely controlled by me.

There is no configuration option and no functionality for it.
You would have to add an additional database table to store issue ids and order values.
Furthermore you need a plugin to change the order value and a changed roadmap page.
