Email + mobile notification

Hello all.

I was trying to find in mantis source code, the file that send the emails, but i'm a confused begginer.
I want to send mobile notifications at the same time that an email in sent.

Could you indicate me how can i edit the code or if i need a plugin, or if u know another ways.

PS: I already have the mobiles information for GCM.

have you found a way to send messages to mobiles?
I am also interested to send messages using Followzup APP.
