Dependent Combo box in the menu Report Issue

I have the next question. Anyone know how I can customize the combo box Reproducibility in the menu "Report Issue"?

I want make a dependent combo box between Category and Reproducibility combo box.

For example, when you select one category, show me 2 options for that category.
