How to make the buglist to use divs instead of tables?

I have installed Mantis and changed the css so that links, buttons, etc. are easier to use on touch devices. The goal being a fully responsive site that devs can use on their phone (we got people in the field that want to file issues when they find them, not when they get back to the office 6 hours later).

The bug list is not very touch friendly out of the box. That you have to click the small Issue ID is rather user unfriendly on small displays. And the rigid table structure makes it hard if not impossible to wrap the content. I would like to change the current table rows into single divs or anchors, so that you can simply click anywhere in the colored box. (I don't want/need other links inside the issue box like the edit button, so there will be no conflict making the whole row/box clickable).

The problem is, that I can't seem to find the template that is used to create the bug list...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
