Show custom fields ONLY on top of report page.

Hi,

I used following patch to show custom fields created with negative sequence no (in ascending order so -2 for Area and -1 for Sub-Area).

Patch was successful except one failure on /core/custom_field_api.php file (Hunk 1 of 3 failed). It now shows these new fields correctly on top everything on bug_report_page.php but it ALSO shows them at bottom which I do not want.

What should be done on this. Is it because of the failure on custom_field_api.php??

I am using mantis bugtracker ver 1.2.17.

Can somebody also try the same and let me know if problem persists.
