Cannot customize "Print Reports" page

I'm using Mantis 1.0.6

In my pre-1.0 version there was a link in the upper right that allowed me to pick fields to appear on the reports (html, excel, word, ...).

Where is this link now? How can I pick the fields I want on the printed reports?
